Each review is encoded in two formats:

QuickTime
(actually iPod-compatible H.264 MP4s)
or Flash

By default the site links to the QuickTime versions. To view these files you you must download the latest version of the free QuickTime plugin from Apple.

If you are unable to see or hear the video, click on the Flash icon. You still may need to download the free Flash Plugin from Adobe.
